My friend is a 65 year old male who has been a frequent visitor to Thailand during the last few years. His symptoms are: Pain in the upper abdomen area. Jaundice. Vomiting food/bile. Weight loss. Fatigue. Last Saturday he was admitted to hospital via ambulance as he was vomiting what appeared to be a black tar like substance. He was discharged the same night with anit sickness tablets and pain relief. My friend is also complaining of itchiness around around his anus area and is concerned that he may have contracted something while he was in Thailand. He has had an Ultrasound examination which proved negative. Can you please help.
