I am having a white milky discharge and slight stinging sensation in my penis. I have gone to my Doctor and was tested for STD's and came back all negative. I was prescribed anti-biotics anyhow to be safe, and it seemed to help. But two weeks have passed and my symptoms have returned. What else could it be?
