I am having a certain chest bump and it's a bit painful, can anyone help?

i am a 19 year old male, and there seems to be small invisible bump that i can feel in my mid-chest area (more to the left of the middle) its a bit painful when put pressure on. before i could feel the bump, i asked the doctor why it hurt, he said its common chest pain and advil should take care of it, but now i feel a bump. i will visit the doctor soon, but what do you think it is?
