Hi,what could cause enlarged lymphs in lung?

My lung "X-ray" shows Lymphadenopathy of mediastina lymphs

Hi,

According to my previous question .. I perform a FBS and biopsy from my lung and the results are  pulmonary sarcoidosis... so do I need to perform a biopsy on my lymphs or the lung biopsy is enough?
