Could be a boil/abscess, cyst, lymphocele or other condition.

A lymphocele is a hard swelling lump that suddenly appears on the penis after sex or masturbation. It occurs because the lymphatic channels (which make up part of the lymphatic system along with lymph nodes or glands) in your penis have been temporarily blocked. The swelling should soon subside and will not cause any permanent problems.

The lump could be a sign of a masturbation injury or rough sex.

Maybe a blood clot inside your penis. Another possibility could be a mass that may be obstructing blood flow.

You should address this matter to your GP or your urologist to examine and/or lab testing for a correct diagnosis.
