Could be a boil/abscess, cyst, lymphocele, acne or other condition.
If you're bump on the penis is not caused by an STD, could be Molluscum which is a redish hard bump. The bump can be the result of a viral skin infection.
Maybe a blood clot.
Do not pop the bump as this may cause infection.
You should address this matter to your GP or your urologist to examine and/or
lab testing for a correct diagnosis.

its one single bump, about the size of a small bb, almost looks like a pimple, no pain, no other bumps anywhere, no iratation, i have had it for 3-4 days now.
