hi i developed testicle pain a few months ago. doc prescribed antibiotics. it has not worked. having abdomen pain too. the pain

Could be an hernia, diverticulitis, prostatitis, muscle or ligament injury, inflammation or infection in the abdomen/groin and testicles area.

Hernia symptoms include abdomen/groin pain and sometimes the hernia travels down into the testicles.

It maybe due to a infection, inflammation or other condition in the testicles that causes the pain to travel up to the abdomen/groin area.
