hi i am having a swelling above the penis part where hair grows,and the swelling is like a air sacc,if i press the swelling it g

the sewllin is not in the outer part,it is inside the body.it is exactly like a tube that was getting filled with water and some air.if i press that swelling it shrunks as like the material inside was released.
