Hello I am 51 yr old male that suffers from diastasis recti for 8 yrs my drs have sent me to surgeons and they wont do surgery

My take is that there is no practical treatment for it - nothing a doctor can charge you for and expect the insurance to cover.
Then why is the diastasis recti so uncomfortable and its seems like everytime I eat Im in pain I have found that in summer the pool water or hot shower helps along with taking Colon Health walking etc I have to wear elastic clothes Im very frustrated -
