Symptoms are of testicular cancer – this form of cancer affects the testicles. Some major symptoms are: a lump in one or both testicles, enlarged testicles, a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum.

Heaviness may be caused by Varicoceles Hydrocele, large veins full of blood on the outside of the testicles; or hydroceles, a sac of fluid around the testicles. Hydrocele is managed by draining the fluid under local anaesthetic using a syringe.

Heaviness may be caused by Epididymal cysts which are typically painless and have harmless fluid buidup and can be drained.

Check with a doctor to examine for a correct diagnosis.
