It might be Epididymo-orchitis ( infection of the epididymis testicle), hydrocele, Cyst, irritation,blocked tube, ligament injury or other condition.
Also * Hernia - When part of the intestine protrude down into the testicles right side. The main treatment of hernias is surgery.
Might be a good idea to visit a Urologist doctor for a correct diagnosis and beneficial treatment.
In the mean time, try putting ice on the right testicle to see if that helps to bring down the swelling.

Sins yesterday I've been having a constant pain in my right testicle, didn't make mutch of it , but the pain is now getting to me an the testicle is by now 3 time it's normal size, please advise!
