Have an enlarged prostrate; have a bad cold, sore throat, cough and cannot take any otc antihistamines. What are my options?

It seems you may have some kind of Immune System disorder or other underlining problem.

One of the causes of Immune System problem is having two or more health conditions at the same time. I.E. Enlarged prostate (BPH) and Flu, Cold, sore throat, cough symptoms.

Another indication is the antihistamines you were taking are not working.

It's best to see a doctor ASAP for a exam and lab testing for a correct diagnosis.
