Have a reocurring (almost always there) pain in lower left abdomen

Definitely not a muscle strain. Must be interior organ. Pain is always right below the left side of the rib. Has not been the same since having alcohol poisoning. Was wondering if you can suggest a diagnosis and/or treatment for this pain
