Hard tiny balls under my skin in the groin area, wat is it?

Are the tiny balls like lumps or bumps?

Problem could be Folliculitis which is inflammation hair follicles in the groin area.

I have these to im a lil worried but then iv googled stuff and it said prolly jus swollen lymph nodes
