Symptoms are of abdominal hematoma. Result of bleeding in the abdominal cavity or abdominal wall.
Some of the causes are:
# Blunt or penetrating abdominal trauma or injury.
# Systemic anticoagulation defects: anticoagulation associated with leukemia, myeloproliferative disorders, hemophilia, and blood dyscrasiascan can be a predisposing factor or direct cause of an abdominal hematoma
# Coughing and sneezing: an abdominal hematoma can occur after episodes of severe coughing and sneezing
He should consult with a doctor to examine for a correct diagnosis.

My husband just showed me a large bruise (about 3-4 inches in diameter) mid left abdomin and there is a firm lump in the center??? He says there is no pain. Any ideas?
