The symptoms are of Urethritis infection (UTI), prostatitis (enlarged prostate BPH) or STD of the penis.

In most cases, bacteria first begin growing in the urinary tract. An infection limited to the urinary tract is called urethritis. From there bacteria often move on to the bladder, causing a bladder infection (cystitis).

If the penis urethra tract infection is not treated promptly, bacteria may then go up the ureters to infect the kidneys (pyelonephritis).

UTI's
The diagnosis of UTI is confirmed by a urine sample.

If the urine culture is negative:
    * symptoms of urethritis may point at Chlamydia trachomatis or Neisseria gonorrheae infection.
    * symptoms of cystitis may point at interstitial cystitis.
    * prostatitis (prostate infection) may be present with dysuria.

Anytime you have pain in the penis it is serious and you  should see a doctor for a exam and lab testing.

Penis burns, urinating trouble, infections, and video awareness..
