Frog Churping in the ears when i move my head. Dizzy when i stahd up

I feel run down all the time, I go thru spells of Frogs Churping in my ears and have a Dizzie feeling when I Stand or move my head fast.I can Fall asleed any where Fast. I cant keep my mind on what i'm doing.

I have spent time and money with doctors for 2 years now with empty pocket and no help. Please Help if you can
