Parade Magazine via have busted 8 common food myths that there is often hearsay about. How many times have you heard that eating 6 smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 square meals? I know I’ve heard it many times reading through fitness and bodybuilding

  • Do craving mean you need food? I crave ice cream all the time, but I don’t need it.
  • Do vegetables lose their nutrients when cooked? Not if you do it the right way.
