This was a complete free-for-all week. It got off to a rocky start, then one thing lead to another, and I ended up throwing in the towel on the WHOLE week, pigging out each and every day on TONS of junk.
In fact, I’m shocked my numbers didn’t balloon up even worse than they did, but I feel a huge difference in how I feel (bloated, lethargic) and even had an acne flare-up too.
It’s just as much an addiction as anything else, so now I’m going for my recent record of AT LEAST 11 days of 100% clean eating, starting with a 24-hour fast tomorrow, which I haven't done in a few weeks.
It's ridiculous that I will feel excellent for the first several days, then I'll start to take that feeling for granted, which makes it easier to give in to cravings.
Now that I have a tangible goal of at least 12 days in mind, that should make it much easier, though I'm really shooting for an even 2 weeks, and beyond!
