Trying to run your car on empty is just as insane as trying to breeze through the day without breakfast. Of course, this might not be a problem for those who live to eat but for those who are hard pressed for time, this turns out to be an unhealthy habit that we can all do without.
So let me reiterate: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There I said it, not pretending to the first or the last person to say so. And this applies not only to adults but also to children as well.
For all your intelligence, it's pointless to get through the day without any energy! Isn't it?
