does ibuprofen affect the gallbladder

my husband has been ibuprofen for 3 years at 800mg. now they are saying he needs to have his gall bladder removed because it is constricted. is the ibuprofen to blame?

Funny enough he had it removed and was told little to no ibprofen. Let me tell you some of the strange reactions his body had after they removed the gallbladder
My cousin has used ibroprofen religiously for a number of years. Now, she has an enlarged liver & gallbladder. Interestingly enough, her doctor specifically told her, "No more ibroprofen."
