Under rib cage houses your lungs, major blood vessels and diaphragm. Tight, constricted muscles in the rib cage and thoracic vertebrae can prevent proper draining of lymphatic fluids and interrupt the nerves that influence your internal organs and causing pain.

Over time, poor posture from rounded shoulders can also lead to pain.

Pain can be a serious sign that needs to be address by a doctor.
