clot under my chin

I recently noticed a hard clot-like structure under my chin in the area under my lower jaw.I got an ultrasound done and they couldnt find what exactly it was.On the ultrasound it looked like a round sphere with some fluid inside it.Now I am advised to get a biopsy but I am really worried.Is it a swollen lymph node or a gland or a cyst.Answers will be appreciated.Thanks
