Pain in the right side of the chest is not usually heart disease. However, there are a few possibilities which might warrant follow up. First, pain from your gall bladder can be felt here. Second, liver inflammation is sometimes felt here. Thirdly, lung tumors/masses will occasionally present with pain (serious but uncommon usually painless). And, most likely is a pull in the muscles/ligaments of you ribs.

Since it is affecting you jaw it maybe a neurological problem or other condition.

Since you are having pain it's best to see a doctor for sure.

I have had right sided chest pain for two days now.  It is worse when I bend over or cough.  I couldn't take it anymore and went to the ER.  I was diagnosed with pleurisy.  Inflammation around the lining of my lung.  There is no treatment except anti inflammatories and pain meds.  They help for a short time and then bang its back.  Dr told me it has to subside on its own.
