CAN ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY W/POST-OP INFECTION CAUSE LUNOTRIQUETRAL LIGAMENT TEAR

52 yr old male w/complete rotator cuff tear had surgery w/anchors & screws. developed Klebsiella infection following removal of sticthes. Hospitalized for 10 days 4 surgerys for debreement & attached some of muscle back. Home on wound vac.  Surgery now needed for rotator cuff destroyed by infection arthroscopic surgyery.  MD could see some of bone when he went in for debreement & also confirmed by MRI. Now off antiobiotics x2 1/2 months.  Clicking heard in wrist had x-ray arthrogram & mr arthrography of right wrist confirmed lunotriquetral ligament tear?
