Over the past year, my prostate has enlarged pretty significantly. (.08 PSA in 2008 to 3.9 in 2009). I've had the biopsy that showed nothing serious. A few months before the PSA was taken, I noticed an urge to have a bowel movement in the evenings, not my usual time, and nothing happened. Can this be a symptom of an enlarged prostate?
