I workout regularly, 3-4 times a week. I suddenly started developing a chest pain between my pecs that was flaring up from time to time. I went to my doctor and ran a bunch of tests, heart is healty, blood pressure is fine and they determined that it could be muscle strain. I laid off the gym for a week and still am having some slight problems. I noticed last night at the gym after I had finished my abdominal routine that I started feeling the chest pains more frequently. Any ideas?????
