Can a Varicocele aggravate the healing of Chronic Anal Fissures due to diminished blood flow in the area?

I have a Varicocele and painful Anal Fissures that will no heal even with medication.  Is it possible that the Varicocele diminishes the blood supply to that area making healing of the Anal Fissures difficult.   I am age 21, athletic and in otherwise good health.
