Bumps on tongue, sore throat, runny nose.

Posted by Steve

A few days ago, after I ate a hot meal, my tongue started to feel like it was a little irritated. By the end of the night, I notice the tip of tongue had little white and red bumps. The next day, my tongue started to feel sore and my nose was a bit runny. The tongue is still irritated and sore. Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks for the info. My throat and nose are feeling better but while a few of the bumps on my tongue have disappeared, there are a few bumps (about 3 or 4) still on or near the tip that seem to flare up every once and a while. The tongue isn’t sore but feels a bit sensitive. Any ideas what that could mean?
