I agree w/AlyBee in that it's best to have your family physician or urologist take a peek at you. The problem w/infections is that antibiotics & antivirals are only available w/prescription and the physician must examine you first to determine which one is appropriate for you. In the meantime, best to avoid sexual activity whenever the blisters are visible and definitely after they pop. In other words, no nookie until the blisters have healed and no longer apparent. Even then, you can still pass sexually transmitted diseases even when they are not visible so you need to have a good discussion w/your partner(s).
