The symptoms are of a sexual transmitted disease (STD) like herpes.
If you're blisters are not caused by an STD, They are most likely lichen planus.
Steroid creams and/or UV light therapy are often effective. Search lichen planus of the penis on yahoo. There are some good sites with pics.
Please address this matter to your GP or your urologist.

Couple of days ago I found some blisters just under head of my penis it goes almost around under the head of my penis. And it dont itch or give me pain it only is blisters there and its the same colour of the skin it's red but there are no clusters or no infections on it, I tried to press on the blisters but nothing happen and they stayed the same. Do you think i have some kind of gentile disises???
