arm pains

im a 28 year old male  and am getting pains down my right arm sometimes they dont last long and sometimes do the pain did origanally start in my left arm and chest also when i get the pain i feel very rundown this has all been goin on now for about 3 weeks and im starting to thing there someting seriosly wrong with me which is making me feel even worst and help would be nice
