Back in August this year I had an aching tiredness in the upper part of my legs which lasted about a week then vanished and I then felt fine, I could even feel it when I was sat down in the chair at home, but it has now returned since Tuesday of last week, although not as bad as before, its like a dull ache, any ideas please, Im worried it could be something serious.
Could be a pinched nerve, peripheral neuropathy, vascular insufficiency, etc.
You should see an Internal Medicine specialist for this. You can also consult with your family physician. If necessary, he will refer you to an internal medicine speicalist.
