5 weeks ago i had a mass like the size of a lemon and my right testicle removed

now im having these little white dots like pimples around the surgery site annd now there starting to go down  my left leg,could this be from the antibotics they had me take right after surgery or is this a yeast infection, not sure, they  have  yellowish fluid in them, thinks for the imput
