Because of my own experiences with Mental Health issues - Major Depression, and an Axiety disorder - I have become very active in the online Mental Health Community.

I use my blog, Wellsphere, Twitter, and Facebook to bring awareness to the Stigma that surrounds people with Mental Health issues.  I use those same forms of Social Media to provide support, and encouragement to others.
