when i was a sophomore at UCLA i lived on the health and fitness floor. however i was miss anti-fitness! i never worked out, i would eat large meals and then take naps immediately afterwards. i didn't gain weight, life was great! towards senior year my metabolism slowed down a little so i tried to work out more. started doing cardio and weights for the first time. then added kickboxing to the mix. now i stay fairly fit. i spin regularly and hit the weights and cardio. i ran my first half... My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
