Practicing Mindfulness

It takes such a small amount of time each day to create the habit of cultivating mindfulness. One great exercise is called a walking meditation where you walk very slowly and feel each step a nuance of your movement. Its hard for our very goal-oriented culture to slow down. Yoga is another great practice to clow down the mind and the breath, creating more value and presence in the present moment. We are blessed by each day, let's enjoy it to the full!
