Wellness is not just about the body, as we all know! It's about taking care of the body, mind, and spirit. I took a wonderful workshop called the Art of Living course, that is now being offered through the Health Improvement Program at Stanford for faculty and staff. the course is really very beautiful, and teaches powerful breathing and meditation techniques that have really made an enormous impact in lowering my stress levels and making me generally happier!! Can you describe more of what the course centers on, and what some of the topics are? I feel like I've heard about this before, but I think that maybe it is a little different from just general meditation techniques? Any info would be great.
