Bio

Jennifer is a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Health Counselor with Medicinal Nutrition, and is accredited with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and The State University of New York.

She offers a variety of programs in her wellness practice that bring balance to the body, promote weight loss and focus on prevention and healing with whole food.

Her education encompasses over 150 dietary theories, integrating traditional philosophies such as macrobiotics and ayurveda with modern day concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index and raw foods.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science and has also attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where she studied alongside leading wellness educators including Walter Willet (Harvard), David Katz (Yale), Deepak Chopra, T. Colin Campbell (author of The China Study), Mark Hyman, Andrew Weil and many other innovative leaders in nutrition. She is board certified with the AADP and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Positive Psychology from Pennsylvania University.

Her mission is to improve the health and happiness of those suffering from symptoms of imbalance, and to aid in the prevention of disease using holistic and whole-foods based approach to wellness. 

Jennifer works with clients around the globe focusing on disease prevention, weight loss, digestive and endocrine balancing, healing systemic candida, IBS, and managing various food sensitivities.

She credits the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for enabling her to design this transformative approach to wellness, which exam­ines not only what is on our plate, but all things that feed our lives.
