I am 50 years old and I am having a saliva stuck on my throat and i don't know what is going on.

it has been a few weeks now and in my throat I feel like there is saliva that is stuck there. I don't have a sour throat, a couple of times i have spat some smal blood. Do you know what is going on, do I have to worry? Thanks

I had a quadruple bypass and I am left with a heart ejection of 17%.

I also have a pleural catheter in my lower lung cavity to drain fluids daily.

We are traveling in France and my husband has been in bed for two days with fluctuating temps from chills to very warm, diarrhea, stomach pain, aches and overall exhaustion. Should we seek medical attention or is there anything we can do for him from the house where we are staying?
