Another tip is to find your favorite music cd and dance to it. Dancing for 15minutes two or three times a day. You will notice that you can lose weight quicker. It will save you money on workout equipment, gas for going to the gym and any other extra cost that is coming out of your pockets. By the cost of living going up we consumers need to stretch every dollar that we have.:)
