I see quite a few clients who have or have previously dealth with “bad” or arthritic knees. These people too need exercise but which forms are the best not to make bad knees even worse? Thank you for the exercise suggestions Shelley. I don't have arthitic knees, but after stumbling on a marble floor as a child, my doctor told my parents that my right knee would never be 100% again, and several years later, I've learned that he's right. There are days when the pain gets very distracting. I'll give these a try.
