Massage during this exciting time is truly beneficial throughout the entire pregnancy (as long it is not a complicated pregnancy, in which case you would need approval from your physician). Prenatal massage provides relief to aches and pains that accompany your changing body during this time. We even have a “Prego Pillow” which allows full term mothers to lay face down for a portion of your massage ; this is a favorite by many moms! Aromatherapy is available for use in prenatal massage. You can choose from our in studio created blends of lavender or lavender & chamomil e; both of these blends are safe for the mother to be and have soothing and calming effects on the mind and body.
