Open the Hips – Try the Pigeon Pose!

Opening the hips is important to most systems of the body – having open, relaxed hips is a key to having an open relaxed body.  Here’s an excellent video showing how to open up your hips using the Pigeon Pose.  Give it a try, and see how doing the pigeon can let you take wing!
