Overview:

The aroma of black pepper essential oil is warm and spicy and perhaps you could say a benefit of its aroma is it will not make you sneeze!  While black pepper essential oil is not typically popular to use in diffuser blends it can help to pack a spice “punch” when blended with other spice oils such as clove bud and cinnamon .   In addition to blending well with other spice oils black pepper essential oil blends nicely with citrus and floral essential oils .  Be sure to schedule your massage this month to experience black pepper essential oil blended with florals.  Our massage blend of the month , “Autumn Comfort” consists of black pepper , lavender , geranium and clary sage essential oils .

Bruise Healing Blend

To one ounce of grapeseed oil add the following:

5  drops Black Pepper essential oil

2 drops German Chamomile essential oil

5 drops Lavender essential oil

Massage into bruise 2-3 times a day to promote circulation and healing.

Sore Muscle Aroma Bath Blend

4 drops Black Pepper essential oil

2 drops Rosemary essential oil

1 drop Ginger essential oil

1. Draw a warm bath.

2. Add essential oil drops right before you get in the tub.

3.  Soak away your sore muscle pain!
