I am a single mother of a 4 1/2 year old son. I suffer from severe anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, and mega stress. My 4 1/2 y/o son suffers from ADHD, Possibly PDD, and Developmental Delays.

I was just wondering if having severe anxiety & lots of stress in your life can cause your blood pressure to rise even while on

I know that blood pressure can fluctuate during the day, and I know that smoking and drinking obsessive amounts of caffiene can affect a persons...
