I am a 63 year old divorced lady.  I live alone and am keen to retain good health in order to maintain my independance.  I have Bronchiectasis and am at pains to keep my airways clear and free from infection. While my life has changed to accomodate my illness, I do not consider it to be worthless but merely different.  I pursue gentler hobbies such as painting and writing and learned to drive aged 56 in order to get out and about.
