My main focus is my family. I have two kids and a husband and a cat. Thru the years I have always put them first and now that I am starting to look after myself I've been told by my doctor that I have a few underlying probelms with my health. My goal now is to know what is the best food for me would be and to get out and socialize with the community amongst other things. First things first is to get back my health. Thanks and take care!
