I went to my Fitness Assessment and found the results encouraging. I found out that I met my first goa that I set: I have lost 2 lbs--I'm down from 130 to 128! I also found out that it would be good for me to lose 4 more lbs to reduce my percentage of body fat from the "fair" to the "fit" category. so I plan to watch out for snacking (good fat like a handful of nuts rather than cookies) and keep walking briskly whenever possible.

I have been walking at a fast pace to and from my car each morning and afternoon--about 5 minutes of brisk walking each way. I signed up for the free Fitness Assessment and am excited about doing it tomorrow, April 10th. --Mary Jeanne
