Hi everybody, I work from home which means I'm entirely too close to the fridge and can find lots of excuses for not going to the gym. My husband loves Oreos but wouldn't touch a them if I slapped a fat free sticker on the package and my child would kill for mac & cheese. In spite of them, I still manage to find treats and cook meals that are healthy and incorporate a wide range of fitness activites into our lives. I just have to be really sneaky about it.
